From mailing postcards to helping with a big presentation - virtual administrative assistance when you need it:
Please note: At this time, I am only taking on small projects.
With experience in various industries and roles, I can assist you in a number of different areas of your business or home.
Trust is key to any working relationship & you can trust that I'll be there to assist you with your project - big or small.
Only need assistance here & there? No problem! I'm flexible to take on even the smallest of projects.
Are you a Virtual Assistant?
I provide administrative support to you virtually (over the phone & computer), but I am not a Virtual Assistant. I am unfortunately not available to be a full time assistant who would manage your calendar or assist with your day-to-day needs. I would work for you, your company or organization as an Independent Contractor, not an employee. I ask clients to sign an agreement that outlines my availability and policies, and always meet or talk ahead of time about how we might best work together toward your goals.
Why "virtual"?
Due to my schedule as a mother, artist & property manager, I do not keep typical work hours. I can meet in person by appointment. To get a good sense of each other & how we might work best together, I do like to have our first meeting in person or over the phone. After our first appointment, subsequent communication is preferred over email. Success is my priority, so I want to ensure that I am able to give your project the time & attention it needs. With this goal, I only take on a few projects per month. If it is a small task, I might be able to assist you between projects. Please check in with me regarding my availability!
What do you charge?
My fee is by the hour. I offer competitive rates, in hopes of being accessible to those who need my assistance. Please contact me for my current rates.
Privacy & Confidentiality:
I am respectful of our working relationship. Information will never be disclosed, loaned, leased, rented or sold to third parties, or made public without your permission. Personal data and information that I receive is kept confidential. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities.
Agreement & Termination:
I ask all clients to sign an agreement to protect our working relationship. Work will begin after the agreement has been read, understood and signed. The agreement is non-binding and does not oblige us to commit to a long-term partnership; either of us is free to terminate the working relationship if it does not feel like a good fit. If at any point either party decides to terminate work in the middle of the project, for any reason, I will bill for accomplished work only.
